1. How long will it take to get my order?
Once your payment has been finalized. Your order will be shipped and delivered in 2-7 working days. (excluding weekends & public holidays)
2. I need my order quite urgently. Is it possible to do a pick-up?
Yes. We will have pickup options available in certain cities.
3. I’ve changed my mind and don’t like the extensions I bought (color, length or any other factor). Is a refund or exchange possible?
Unfortunately, not. Due to COVID-19, there won’t be any refunds/returns permitted, this is for the safety of our staff and customers.
4. I’m not sure how many packs to purchase for the braided style I want to do.

Yes, our extensions are versatile enough and can be curled, styled and manipulated to suit your needs.
